With an announcement on the official website, on Tuesday the 28th of February 2023, the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), announced the postponement of data transmission deadlines on the myDATA digital platform.

Omission – Deviation of data transmission: Until 2.5.2023

For year 2022

• Billing income, self-billing charges and title deeds: Until 31.03.2023
• Retail revenue through ERP or Special Registration Form: Until 31.10.2023
• Billing costs, self-billing revenues: Until 31.10.2023
• Omission – Deviation of data transmission: Until 30.11.2023
• Records of settlement of income – expenses: Until 31.12.2023

For year 2023

• Billing income, self-billing costs and title deeds: Until 28.02.2024
• Billing costs, self-billing revenues: Until 31.03.2024
• Omission – Deviation of data transmission: Until 30.04.2024
• Records of income settlement – expenses: Until the submission of the income tax return.
